धने - Like Wealth. शूरसाता - War by the brave men. दभ्रेभिश्चित् - Men who are not brave. समृता - Well fought out war. भूयसः - Adult adversary. हंसि - To kill. वृजिनवर्तनिम् - Sinful path. नरम् - For men. सक्मन् - Can be taken along. विदथे - In deeds. 4/8

पिपर्षि - To make one with good deeds. Explanation :This mantra is addressed to Agnidev. It says" Oh the special and all knowing Agnidev! You rescue people from sinful path.When many enemies strike from all sides you along with few men kill the enemies and save us. 5/8
